💰 Refund Policy
At Geeta Institute of Information Technology, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience. However, if a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, we have outlined the following refund policy:
📌 1. Admission Fee
The admission/registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
📌 2. Course Fee Refund Conditions

Within 7 days of course start 75% of the course fee
Within 15 days of course start 50% of the course fee
After 15 days of course start ❌ No refund applicable
> ⚠️ Note: Refunds will not include any material costs, GST, or administrative fees already incurred.
📌 3. Special Circumstances
In case of medical emergencies, death in the family, or other serious issues, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. Valid documents must be submitted for consideration.
📌 4. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or cheque within 15 working days after approval.
No cash refunds will be provided.
📌 5. No Refund For:
Absenteeism or lack of attendance
Expulsion due to misconduct or policy violation
Discounted/Offer-based admissions
